Return Policy :- In case of any return request due to product damage, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video from start to end, showing the full product in one continuous frame without any cuts or edits. This video must be shared with our team immediately upon delivery. Returns without video proof will not be accepted.

Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once the video is verified, the exchange process will be initiated.

Please note that exchanges are not permitted for reasons other than product damage.

 

2. Refund Policy :- We operate a no-refund policy. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their orders before completing the purchase.

 

3. Payment Options :- Prepaid Payment: Customers can pay securely via our online payment gateway.

 

4. Shipping Policy :- Domestic Shipping: Shipping is free across India, and orders are delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of confirmation.

International Shipping: Customers are responsible for international shipping charges, which vary based on the destination. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping provider and destination country.

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details during checkout. Any errors in the shipping address may result in delays or non-delivery.

 

5. Customization Services :- We do not offer customization services for any of our products. All items are sold as displayed on our website.
